Our Labs

Mac. Department support for adjusting artwork from customer to be suitable for printing in MP. Digital printing machine supports for artwork reconfirmation and printing reference. CTP plate and hot stamp plate making machine and mock up sample cutting machine are available for efficient support to meet client’s demands.

Machine Ability

The factory covers an area of 5000 square meters, with more than 80 employees. We have advanced Heidelberg printing machine with HP pre-print equipment. CTP helps us improve the plate making efficiency and In the aspect of color control has also done a professional precision. We also have post press equipment in operation which included dry/wet lamination machine, automatic folding machine and pasting boxes machine, automatic die-cutting/hot stamp machine, silkscreen printing machine…Etc. Company have professional technicians , Whether it is from the early to provide design, or to the late production, we will provide customers with one-stop professional services.

Quality Control

Our QC department is composed of 16 professional technicians and a big team of numerous inspectors . They test and inspect every production process. By using advanced testing equipment such as spectrophotometers and strictly following inspection procedures and regulated quality standards, we make sure our final products meet our customers' standards before delivery.
